RUN, we will provide you Power | The battery you should choose for a long trip
The Beginning
Manchanayaka Battery, ESTABLISHED IN 2022, guarantees unprecedented performance with excellent starting power. All Batteries contain start-stop systems and lower charge states. Manchanayaka Batteries, available in a variety of capacities and sizes, assure you of high-quality performance on your vehicle.
About Warranty
A battery warranty is a guarantee from the manufacturer that a battery will perform for a set amount of years or miles. At Manchanayaka Enterprises we are committed to total customer satisfaction and we take great Pride in the batteries that we manufacture.
After Care
Your battery is the heart of your vehicle, which is why you must take adequate care of your battery to prolong its life, as well as the performance of your vehicle. How can you do that? You may keep the battery case clean, secure your battery, keep your car moving,
Advanced battery technology involves the use of sophisticated technologies and materials in the design and production of batteries to enhance their performance, efficiency, and durability.
This can include a variety of research areas focused on creating batteries with better energy density, lifespan and cost as well as the development of innovative charging methods, such as fast and wireless charging.
HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR BATTERY
Regularly clean the case with battery terminal cleaner (follow the manufacturer’s directions) and dry well. Take care while doing this, as this procedure could permanently stain concrete and other hard surfaces if they’re not protected. Make sure the battery terminals are cleaned at every service.
Vibrations can damage the battery plates, so we recommend that you carefully inspect the battery terminals regularly. Loose connections could cause breakdowns.
Short runs and infrequent use without regular charging will run down your battery. Try to take a steady one hour daylight drive each week to stop it from going flat.
If your new battery is a Maintenance Free type, there’s no need to check the electrolyte levels for the life of the battery. If you have a Low Maintenance Battery, you’ll need to regularly check the electrolytes yourself. Carefully unscrew the vent caps and make sure you can see the electrolyte is above the top of the battery cell elements. Don’t overfill.
Safety First
Only use the battery that is designed for the device. Put batteries in the device the right way. Only use the charging cord that came with the device. Do not charge a device under your pillow, on your bed. Do not keep charging the device or device battery after it is fully charged.
Check & Refill
Done manually, the worker fills each battery with a filling device. Or a machine can automatically fill each battery with a precise amount of electrolyte every time. The automated machine is faster, more accurate, wastes less, and never goes on break
Terminals are Clean
Once the corrosion has been removed, use a clean rag to wipe the terminals clean. Then, use a battery terminal cleaner or battery post and cable cleaner spray to clean the terminals and cables. Make sure to get all the nooks and crannies, including where the cable attaches to the terminal.
Loose Connections
Yes, a loose-fitting or corroded battery cable to battery post connection can certainly lead to a dead battery. Corrosion builds up between the battery post and cable, creating electrical resistance. This becomes harder and harder for the alternator to charge the battery, and eventually the battery discharges, and goes dead.
